Do you manage your own rental home? Do you own a second home in the area? Are you tired of dealing with all of the details yourself? Bayview Concierge provides many services to make your rental property management manageable. We can provide services all year, all season, or on an on-call basis.

Housekeeping Service:
We provide turnover housekeeping services during your specified time frame. We will schedule a team to go into your home and clean it top to bottom before the next guests arrive. We will dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, straighten, launder towels, change and launder linens. On the outside, we will sweep, check the grill, water the plants, check for garbage and recyclables and straighten up. We also monitor items such as light bulbs, smoke detector batteries, etc. We also recommend our thorough spring cleaning to get your House or Cottage into tip-top shape for the summer season.

Supply Maintenance:
We will also monitor and restock supplies that you wish to provide for your guests such as:

Toilet paper ~ Paper towels ~ Garbage bags ~ Dish soap
Facial tissue ~ Dishwasher soap ~ Hand soap ~ Laundry supplies

On-Call Contact:
Who do your guests call if they have a problem? We can be the local contact for your guests. Our telephone numbers can be posted in your Home and we will be on-call for any matter from a leaky toilet to a fallen tree limb. We will then make the arrangements to have the situation resolved at the convenience of your guests.

Maintenance:
Need assistance managing the maintenance on your House or Cottage. Let Bayview Concierge assign a specific “Handyman” for those needs. They can oversee your maintenance needs and call in the necessary contractors (i.e. plumber, electrician) when needed as well as be available “on call” for Saturday turnovers. They can move outdoor furniture and grills in/out, change over storm door’s, look after the house during the winter when snow and ice are most damaging, and provide general maintenance.

Garbage Service:
We will have a weekly garbage service pick up garbage and recyclables after each tenant departs.

Lawn Service:
Landscaping, spring clean up, weed, weed wack, and lawn mowing provided weekly, bi-weekly and seasonal

Security Deposit Checks:
We will perform a thorough examination of the property inside and out according to a customized check list. We will then e-mail or telephone you with a report at the end of each guests' stay. This will also include an estimate of any damages found.

Gift Baskets:
Want to have something special awaiting your guests when they arrive? Gift baskets can be prepared and delivered to your House or Cottage. Each basket can be customized depending on the season and group to make everyone feel welcome.

Directories:
We can provide information directories for each property outlining house information. This would include directions on TV’s, VCR’s and Internet access information. The directory will also include area maps, activity brochures, shopping and dining guides. Any updates you may need to make during the season can easily be emailed to us for print and we will gladly replace and update each directory.

Services for Vacationers:
Bayview Concierge also provides many services for vacationers. A brochure is available for you to include in your mailings to your guests. They will appreciate the services to make their vacation relaxing such as: Kayak rentals (all equipment included) – delivered and picked back up at the end of the week, bike rentals a delivery, provisioning services before arrival (including lobsters), babysitting, party planning, catering services and lobster bakes, delivery services, pet sitting, mid-week cleaning services, and baby equipment rentals.

Off-Season Services:
As a year round company, Bayview Concierge offers services during the off-season as well. If you continue to rent during the fall, winter, or spring months, we will continue to provide turnover services. We can also provide: House & Cottage Patrols/Security Checks-weekly, bi-weekly or monthly-to insure the safety of your home. Meet with contractors for service calls (i.e. pest control, maintenance repairs, deliveries)

House & Cottage closings and openings:
Need your House or Cottage opened or closed for the season. Let us schedule the housekeeper, maintenance staff and general contractors to assist with all of your needs.
